I provide healthy meals free of sweeteners, Artificial ingredients, preservatives and NO hydrogenated fats.I promote organically grown produce and locally grown, seasonal fruits and vegetables to support my community.I also will post great information that will benefit you and your family.Specialties: I have grown up in the restaurant business and a cooking family, both of my parents are Culinary graduates, my mother The C. I. in Hyde Park; my father The San Francisco Baking Institute. We owned and operated a family business from childhood until the present as I watched and trained under both of them. I was part of the opening of the 5* Hilton Columbus at Easton Towne Center, where I managed for over 5 years, then went on to P.F. Changs where I managed for 4 years.
