Oversaw major EUS focused integration initiative combining the operations of MillerCoors and Molson Coors..• Transitioned network support from two vendors to a single new external partner within very aggressive timeline and under budget resulting in cost savings and more efficient operating environment. • Guided End User Services integration program, including risk and issue management, governance adherence, and organizational change management planning, along with providing an escalation point of contact. Focused efforts on ServiceNow implementation, consolidation of collaboration tools, rationalization of back up tools, and Email retention policy enforcement. • Prepared the organization for a Win10 upgrade targeting over 7500 PCs. Oversaw activities including Win10 application validation, design and pilot of self-service deployment solution, preparation of communications materials, and deployment strategy. This project positioned organization to increase PC security, enhance employee efficiency and implement remote upgrades.• Deployed Ariba Contract Management application, working with Procurement and Legal teams to ensure retention and approval requirements were accurately reflected in the delivered solution. Benefits of this project included the establishment of consistent processes and enhanced contract visibility.
