I have dedicated my career to the field of employment law and conflict management.I have practised in employment law, workplace relations and conflict management for 28 years. My experience is broad and deep, having worked in government, for a peak employer body and in private practice. I founded Devine Law at Work, a law firm and consultancy, to provide services to employers and employees which focus on best practice in compliance and dispute prevention and on systems and capability building. Together with my legal skills and experience, I have expertise in mediation, facilitation, conflict analysis, conflict coaching, workplace investigations and dispute system design.I am an Accredited Specialist in Employment & Industrial Law, have a Masters of Dispute Resolution and a Bachelor of Laws and a Bachelor of Arts. As a recognised expert in my field, I have presented conference papers, seminars and master classes in Australia and overseas to share my expertise with the legal profession, executives, managers and human resource professionals.
