Good Morning, My name is Elizabeth and I would love a job helping more people. I completed my education in medical coding but have had trouble getting into the field remotely. I went from a stay at home mom for 12 years to a full time remote employee overnight. I quickly learned the line of business and connected with my peers and customers easily. I was asked to move up in that line of business within a few months and again a few months later. I recently was promoted to trainer of new call center agents. I love the job I have and the people I work with but it’s not in the field I want to stay in. I want to get back to medical related work. I am exceptionally good at de-escalation on calls. My first promotion was to be taken off incoming calls just to take over escalated calls from other agents. My goal on them calls was to calm the customer and gain brand loyalty. I was very successful so they promoted me again to trainer to make more of me as my OM always says. In my current line I currently have 3 roles. I am a front line agent part of the day. I take over escalation calls the rest and help support agents taking calls (who get stuck on an issue and don’t know what to next) through out the entire day. I am am amazing at multi tasking once I learn the systems. Currently I have a minimum of 10 programs going on 3 screens and working up to 4 calls while on my own call. When I am not on a call I have worked as many as 10 calls at one time assisting agents on floor support. I might not have experience in your specific systems or processes but I learn fast and might ask a lot of questions to make sure I fully understand but once I learn it I will never stop improving. I love learning new processes and will admit I learned something new everyday from my customers and my agents. I am sorry for the longer response but I feel the best way see if I am a match is to know how I process information if I’m willing to do the work.     Working with a large company taking incoming calls back-to-back, around 30-50 calls a day. I was promoted to trainer within a few months of starting and a few months after that given supervisory credentials. I was taken off calls for a few months to teach and monitor many agents a day but have been back on phones to keep up with the daily struggles of the front-line associates so I can better assist them for half my scheduled work hours.
