-provide reference help to BSU community via chat, email, phone, zoom, and reference desk-schedule and facilitate one-on-one research consultations with students-create lesson plans and teach instructional library courses via faculty request-update university LibGuides as research tools for students-plan/create/schedule social media posts (member of the Maxwell Social Media Committee)-create a monthly newsletter and market library news/events/services (co-chair of Maxwell Marketing & Events Committee)

-cover for absent teachers at GNBVT, whether academic or vocational-implement learning plans left by teachers-communicate with a range of classes in various subjects and levels-maintain classroom and school policies

-provide reference help, field all patron questions, and give coverage for other departments (circulation, children’s, teens, computer room)-produce creative and informative promotional designs for library programs, events, and news-create a marketing/advertising schedule, and post designs to the digital display and library social media accounts accordingly (Twitter, Facebook, Instagram)-update sections of the library’s official website (Adult Programs & Latest News)-maintain the digital resources web page, record usage statistics, and attend training webinars-facilitate programs, such as the LGBTQ+ Book Club and Storied Lives Book Club

-receive and document all incoming and outgoing deliveries-inventory office materials and organize office materials-prep workshop materials and keep up-to-date workshop schedule-maintain spreadsheets and documents

-structure and track the admissions process via WebAdmit-respond to student questions pre- and post-matriculation-support program director and faculty for promotions, events, course descriptions, etc.-assign and track advising, program changes, and student statuses

-serve as circulation contact and provide all patron-based services at circulation desk-assist with and facilitate programs, events, and displays-complete library opening and closing duties-provide computer/print/fax assistance, tech/device help, and readers’ advisory-execute physical and digital changes to the library’s collection

-assist clients with questions, answer phone calls, provide general customer service-check out equipment and sign patrons up for fitness classes-complete opening and closing duties-enforce gymnasium policies, facilitate team of student workers throughout facility

-answer inbound customer service calls to assist families and students with setting up or adjusting -payment plans, loan services, refunding, and technical help-document and appropriately note each phone call and customer service escalation-provide information on TMS services, navigating TMS databases accordingly
