Major Duties and Responsibilities:New Store and Remodel Planning and Design; In-Store and Fuel Signage• Lead planning, design, and execution of store remodels, expansions, and new store openings.• Develop and implement innovative store designs and layouts to enhance the customer experience and drive sales by using visual merchandising techniques.• Lead Collaboration with cross-functional teams, such as merchandising, operations, and marketing, to identify and implement innovative solutions for store fixtures, signage, and displays and to align store planning strategies with overall business objectives.• Create and monitor critical path and key milestones for projects, working cross-functionally to analyze costs, determine root causes of variances, and understand trends and project forecasts• Lead and manage external vendors, including architects, construction teams, and internal departments, monitoring KPI’s and leading necessary corrective actions to address performance gaps to ensure seamless project delivery.• Develop and manage project budgets (Capex), timelines, and resources to ensure successful and timely completion. Work closely with Finance and Legal Teams.• Set and Lead strategic goals and objectives for the store planning team, aligning them with the overall company vision and objectives.• Work closely with the retail operations team to understand store performance metrics, customer feedback, and operational challenges, and incorporate them into store planning decisions.• Ensure effective communication with senior leadership, presenting store planning strategies, initiatives, and results to gain support and drive alignment.• Lead regular assessments of store layouts, fixtures, and visual merchandising strategies, identifying areas for improvement and implementing necessary changes. • Responsible for Building Construction Management; Submittals, Drawing Revisions, Site Surveys & Observation, PayApp review and Punchlist.
