Lizy Eames Email and Phone Number
I am an experienced Head Receptionist with 10+ years experience within the hospitality sector. I have taken on multiple roles throughout this time; including bartending, food service, events management, floor management and of course my current role, for which I was promoted when my predecessor left. In these roles I have had many achievements of which I'm proud of. I have showcased a real passion for helping people as well as leading and teaching. Some of my proudest moments have been organising events and group trips for our guests. For example a group of friends who took over the whole hotel wishing to have three course dinners each night of their stay and advice on local excursions. I liaised with them personally from start to finish; organising taxis, pre-orders for our kitchen staff, tailoring each room to their requirements, as well as a detailed guide of walks and things to check out in our local area. They left exceptionally happy and have now become regular customers with us.I am also very passionate about self improvement. I was able to receive funding for a bookkeeping and accounting level 2 course which has been extremely rewarding. I have not had the opportunity to use these newly acquired skills in a work setting due to being on maternity leave.I received my bachelor of music degree from the University of Hull, a passion that I still pursue in my spare time.My favourite thing is to take on new challenges, learn something new and get stuck in.
