Accountable for defining and delivering the strategic change training strategy. Leading a team of colleagues to deliver world class training, which enables our change colleagues to deliver an efficient, well governed and consistent approach to change.

Leader in Financial Crime First Line of Defence, responsible for a team of colleagues delivering a risk based training approach to education and awareness and owning the review, ongoing assessment and oversight of controls management.

Own, lead and co-ordinate the production of monthly training to be delivered across the Business Banking coverage network.Monitor and own the pipeline for training across the coverage network, working closely with other development managers to ensure the right approach for the end user.Own the completion data and other associated MI for the monthly training.Ensure any localised processes do not allow for any key man dependencies, re-work or waste and operate in conjunction will all parties/sub-teams

• Monitor and provide guidance to Barclays Group on Personal Banking policies and process, representing the Personal banking change function at a PCB level to ensure best practice is developed & delivered in a supported environment• Manage regular Portfolio level Reviews across Personal Banking• Provide portfolio level support for Personal Banking Projects & programmes • Monitor and enforce PCB (personal & corporate banking) Change Governance e.g. Agile, waterfall, compliance.
