I am fresh out of high school and am applying myself to my field of study. I am fast learning and love working with people. I have almost 2 years of customer service experience and am currently attending classes at Colorado Technical University. My goals in life are raising my daughter the best I can, finding and keeping a successful job that I enjoy, and exploring career opportunities that interest me. I am interested in learning German and will start classes here in a few months. I am skilled at using the Microsoft Office programs, have a decent WPM in typing, and can use the internet with efficiency. I am also skilled at using the phone, answering calls, taking messages and making outbound calls. I understand phone etiquette, and am a good writer. I achieved a 3.5 GPA in high school and made honor roll my entire senior year.
