Plan, coordinate, market and administer the State College Borough First Time Home buyer Programs and the Owner-Occupied Rehab Program. Assist with grant administration of the CDBG, HOME and DCED programs and to ensure compliance with federal (HUD), state and local laws, regulations and policies.

Worked with the schools in Centre,, Clearfield and Clinton counties to schedule art experiences and Artist in Residency programs for students. Scheduled artists in the schools, coordinated dates, times, needs for the students and the teachers.
