I believe my experience in working in Human Resources & an Administrative Operations Manager has provided me with the essential skills in providing administrative support to a leadership team, to include recruitment, on-boarding, finance and accounts payable. I am extremely organized, detail oriented and inquisitive. I have experience in maintaining accurate personnel and volunteer records, including files, and updating database management systems along with invoicing and maintaining finance aspects which includes reconciling and replenishing petty cash, writing checks, maintaining accounts and coordinating cash donations. I have worked in an HR role as a coordinator and am currently responsible for the management of all administrative duties within the organization.
