As year 1 and then year 2 class teacher I developed my professional acumen to ultimately become a qualified teacher. I was responsible for answering phone calls, welcoming clients in, sending emails to vendors for quotations, designing pamphlets and marketing the engineering department. I also acted as personal assistant to the company owner, organising workplace maintenance such as cleaning and filing.
