Management lead for the administration of the US campus interview program to include developing interview teams and monitoring expenses for firm outreach and recruiting efforts. Developed and maintained relationships with career services offices and student organizations to enhance reputation of firm in the local, regional, national and international legal marketplace. Collaborated with staff members at all levels of the firm’s administrative departments to exchange information.

San Diego Office: June 2012 - September 2015Boston Office: May 2011 - May 2012Supported the strategic goals of Recruiting Committee, including lateral and law school recruiting processes. Managed local summer associate program including staffing, reviews, event planning and budget. In support of the Associates Committee, staffed junior associates and attended Local Department Chair meetings to keep office leaders apprised. Managed numerous office events, including partner dinners, attorney retreats, local department and morale events, diversity events, holiday parties, and alumni event.

Managed lateral associate and law school recruiting programs, as well as summer associate program. Responsible for deferred associate client placements. Facilitated the Boston office diversity efforts in coordination with the Director of Diversity (NY). Coordinated office events.
