I have practiced as a corporate and finance attorney for over 9 years. My practice focuses on advising our clients with their corporate, finance and day-to-day securities law and corporate needs. Our clients face difficult issues every day, and I enjoy using my experience and understanding of corporate, finance and securities laws to identify practical solutions. Primarily, I focus on drafting and negotiating transactional documents, and performing due diligence in mergers, stock purchases and asset acquisitions and dispositions. My practice also involves counseling public and private companies on general corporate governance issues, on the drafting and negotiation of customer, supplier, and vendor contracts and on the formation, capitalization, and structuring of their business entities.
