A challenging and exciting debut season for M/Y Plan B in the Mediterranean as Chef. I was responsible for provisioning and maintenance of the galley, providing 4 course and buffet meals for the owner’s partner and her high profile guests, often at short notice, and cooking for up to 15 crew. My time aboard included an Atlantic crossing and cruising the Mediterranean and Adriatic

My duties included Massage therapy and Pilates instruction to High profile clients during our time as a busy and well regarded charter vessel. I was crew chef for up to 15 crew and sometimes many other contractors, and had responsibility for the provisioning, maintenance and organisation of the galley and stores area. I have assisted 5 Head Chefs and have, at times, been called on to cook for guests. I’ve also assisted the senior and interior staff with detailing, cleaning and administration and took a keen interest in the safety and security systems on board. After an ownership and name change the vessel transferred to private ownership but remained very busy with live aboard owners. During this time I gained experience and knowledge of special diets such as Pritikin and South Beach.I completed 3 Atlantic crossings and a major refit yard period as solo chef and 2 Med and Caribbean seasons as 2nd chef.
