Leading the Data Rights & Entitlements team who are responsible for internal and external data rights & entitlement tools, operations and workflows. The product team manage the long-term visions and strategies across the data rights & entitlement tools and workflows to support data rights policies. The specialists team enforce data rights policies, review new and existing products, and provide guidance on entitlement data setup.

Responsible for product vision and strategy for ESG Scores, Pricing, Ratings and Research entitlements on the Bloomberg Terminal. Partnering with engineering to prioritize the strategy and development of entitlement request and management UIs and backend functionality to better our clients experience whilst maintaining 100B hits to the entitlement services per day.Focus is on delivering metric driven business impact, reducing the time clients spend waiting to receive access to privileged content from weeks to days along with reducing the number of support requests through improved usability and tools.

Responsible for setting up product vision and strategy for a suite of applications and internal integration solutions delivering unique account value based upon customer and stakeholder requirements. Provided cross-functional leadership, between engineering teams, sales and support.

Promoted to build and manage a new global data quality assurance group across APAC, London and the US crucial to supporting ICAP's $80MM data business. The role required designing a new QA environment, data configuration, alerts and dashboard. Overseeing the implementation of the platform into production and managing the global team of QA analysts.

With the success and increased infrastructure efficiencies in London I was asked to relocate and become globally responsible for the IT infrastructure for data sales. Driving strategies for capacity and data performance.

Owing to knowledge and experience in ICAP Information Services I was given the responsibility of managing the LDN/EMEAs IT infrastructure for data sales. This required reviewing data storage, cost analysis, monitoring capacity of data and strategy for product and data expansion. At the time it led to the creation of the ICAP FIX series. Other responsibilities included managing a Global Risk Revaluation Data Report for the general counsel, managing 6 people between APAC, London and the US.

Led a team that supported ICAP Information Service's external clients and business. The team supported client's technical or content issues, implemented client connectivity available via real time, fixed line, internet feed or end of day delivery ftp or csv.

Supported and resolved contribution issues or technical problems pertaining to Bloomberg, Reuters Dealing 3000, Reuters 3000xtra, Reuters messenger, Active8 (Moneyline Telerate product), Dart, and advanced excel macros. Trained new members of the team on all supported applications and assisted with internal data permissioning such as DACS.
