I assisted the owner of a small retail store with the front and back end management of the shop’s physical store, doing a variety of administrative, logistical and customer service related tasks. Over the course of my 19 years there, I have worked in a multitude of roles and evolved with the business as it transitioned from a brick-and-mortar store to an ecommerce-only shop. My primary responsibilities were managing and updating the store's WordPress/WooCommerce based ecommerce site as well as handling order fulfillment, but I also per formed a variety of other tasks, such as taking and editing product photos, working on the sales floor, generating Excel reports, managing email lists, checking in orders, and more. I enjoyed helping out in all aspects of the business and was willing to do whatever needed to be done.
