Coordinate activities of five working groups (Collaboration Teams) and their associated subcommittees, comprised of over 130 members and representing more than 70 organizations statewide. Develop and implement meeting agendas and work plans to ensure productive and efficient meetings. Establish positive relationships with team members and stakeholders to support the effort to connect, protect, and restore the Florida Wildlife Corridor.

Managed department staff, interns and volunteers responsible for management of over 13,000 acres of conservation land and easements, focused on land management and restoration activities, outreach initiatives, and programming. Occasionally served as Acting President at North Florida Land Trust, managing a team of 13 employees.

I created and supported the growth of the Land Stewardship department from one to three employees, supporting operational needs, land management planning, conservation easement stewardship and annual work plans for fee lands. As Stewardship Manager, I was integral in the development and publication of the Preservation Portfolio, NFLT’s first strategic conservation plan.

As a Resource Planning Fellow, I developed internal and contracted GIS-based map products for strategic conservation planning.

As Resource Manager, I performed daily nesting surveys and collected data for a diamondback terrapin monitoring program.

As an Americorps Member, I spearheaded an outreach campaign and established partnerships with UF/IFAS and City of Fernandina Beach to raise awareness of invasive exotic plants on public lands. Additionally, I was responsible for invasive exotic plant species management at nine state parks; achieved treatment goals 11 months ahead of schedule.

Improved and restored native ecosystems in over 20 of Florida's state parks through removal of non-native exotic plant species by manual, chemical and mechanical methods. Responded to natural disasters through rehabilitation of trails and other visitor areas in state parks.
