Drafted rulings on a motion to dismiss involving Eleventh Amendment sovereign immunity, a motion to reconsider involving the Equal Pay Act, and a 28 U.S.C. § 2255 motion to vacate and set aside prisoner’s conviction and sentence. Assisted law clerks by proofreading rulings and performing cite checks for Bluebook compliance.
