I reported on developments in the legal industry for the Am Law Daily, the American Lawyer's web publication, as well as the media firm's print publications, including the Intellectual Property supplement and Corporate Counsel magazine.

I wrote daily content for the online publication and features for the print publication. My daily blogs focused on reviews of restaurants and events in and around Cairo, as well as celebrity gossip and fashion. I wrote feature-style restaurant, travel, and book reviews for the web. For the print publication, I was responsible for researching, pitching and writing features related to arts and culture, political and social movers in the Arab world, and fashion and lifestyle.

I researched and wrote business intelligence reports focused on a different commercial sectors in the Middle East and North Africa. These reports were generally 7,000-8,000 words long, and were intended to provide a market overview for potential investors to the region. Topics I covered included: Bahrain's oil, gas, and petrochemical industry; Oman's IT and Telecommunications sector; Oman's Infrastructure, Construction, and Real Estate sector; Jordan's Tourism and Hotel's sector; and Jordan's Real Estate sector.
