Serving the community by organizing move-in and move-outs. Staying up to date with and abiding by Kansas Renter’s Laws. Providing information about the community and rental procedures to future tenants via phone calls and email. Receiving, scheduling and follow-up correspondence for maintenance issues. Working with vendors to schedule and complete work as necessary. Collection and application of rent. Using Ops System for payment and open vendor accounts. Working with other departments withing management company such as Accounting, Compliance and Property Management.

Duties include superior customer service, till reconciliation, inventory accuracy, maintaining labor hours and budget, writing schedules, receiving/shipping store merchandise and warehouse stock. Responsible for hiring process and training. Traveling store manager to help with training in different regions, as well as store resets.

Department Manager of both Health and Beauty and the Floral Department, shift fill in for Receiving dock. Receiving and stocking merchandise, controlling shrink, superior customer service, order accuracy, managing invoices and accounts payable through MS Excel, janitorial duties within departments.
