Projects included: • The integration of a private healthcare exchange for Blue Cross Blue Shield for customers choosing Medicare Advantage supplemental health insurance.• Development of an interactive web based tool to assist Blue Cross Blue Shield members in selecting a plan based on their previous year healthcare costs and future year projected healthcare costs.
