- Proven track record of excelling in a high-growth environment: 7 years of double digit growth (revenue & staff)- Development and management of the FP&A and Accounting team, 4 person team.- Member of the Global Leadership Team, European Management Team & Operating Committee, reporting directly to the global CFO.- Extensive experience in commercial team support, finance team restructuring, creation of a back-office & management fees structure across five European entities, Shared Service Centers, management reporting, budgeting, forecasting, business planning and change management, contract pricing, retainers & value-based pricing.- Responsible for the integrity of the consolidated reporting for all European divisions for bi-weekly flash estimates, month-end financials, yearly budgets & forecasts, KPIs, and identified budget to actual variances. Reporting under Canadian GAAP & French GAAP.- Help drive growth and profitability by implementing & preparing bi-weekly trackers, KPI’s and meaningful analysis to COMEX members.- M&A: Acquisition of two companies, contract negotiation, due diligence, earn-out, team integration & reorganization of support services. - Experienced in deploying Financial/Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems: 4 system implementations (Filemaker, Navision, Maconomy), migration toward Workday underway.- Interact with various cross-functional teams such as Shared Services Centers, Legal, HR, Real Estate, IT, & Corporate Controllers.- Robust analytical skills & the ability to turn complex data and concepts into valuable information, presented in a simple & understandable manner.- Demonstrated record of continuous process improvement, including the ability to innovate and simplify both finance and operational processes.
