She approaches every engagement with tribal communities thoughtfully and collaboratively. As a manager in the Tribal Affairs Program for the State Water Board, she advised staff on effective tribal engagement and developed plans for state-wide projects; in addition to coordinating with tribal governments and various agencies to identify and implement tailored water solutions. She also served on the executive planning committee for California Native American Day, As an experienced program manager, Elizabeth offers years of experience managing a myriad of programs impacting diverse communities. She has developed state-wide training programs impacting thousands of people from disadvantaged communities; ran large-scale community events in South Sacramento; and supported the cause of water conservation and education in disadvantaged communities in Northern California.
