Ensure marketing materials adhere to the corporate style and uphold brand guidelines. Work alongside team members in planning and executing special events and take a leadership role for Vancouver based events.

Ensure maximum media and industry coverage for a range of independent clients by writing and distributing press releases and nurturing media relationships. Develop client profiles and media exposure across radio, print and broadcast mediums. Clients include; McGraw-Hill UK, The Law Society Commerce and Industry Group and individual personalities.Coordinate and attend sponsored awards events, industry speaking events, trade shows and book launches.

Ensure maximum positive exposure for a high-end boutique hotel locally and internationally. Assist with marketing campaigns and act as the first contact for outsourcing creative talent.Respond to conference & event enquiries from individuals, organizations and tour groups.Write and edit promotional copy for website, marketing materials and editorial submissions.Work alongside colleagues to represent the hotel at industry exhibitions.
