Applied a system of data queries, factors, and equations using computational software to troubleshoot missing and problematic data in a cloud-based database management system. Collaborated with staff from the Global Footprint Network and with York University students and faculty.

Project management for tree planting on oil and gas reclamation sites. Recruited, trained, and supervised managers and employees. Dispatched teams to 100+ worksites across northern AB. Worked closely with clients to optimize logistics for tree delivery and helicopter loads. Prepared cost estimates, safety documentation, deliverables, and payroll. Delivered comprehensive health and safety compliance. Successfully expanded the program by winning new and renewed contracts and by building a loyal crew of workers and managers.

Recruited, trained, and supervised teams of enumerators for census projects in Schefferville and Outremont, Quebec. Achieved high compliance rates and great team cohesion in both districts. Conducted bilingual (English and French) interviews in villages throughout Nunavik and James Bay for the 2016 Census of Population and the Aboriginal Peoples Survey.
