Engages visitors to two distinct Provincial Historic Sites by providing accurate historical information through guided tours, site programming, and educational programming. Assists in the planning, development and delivery of historic site programs and special events, assists with historical research, maintains daily reports and statistics, answers visitor inquires and provides tourism information services.

Responsible for the development and management of all visitor services of the museum and ensure delivery of exceptional visitor experience. Plans, develops and delivers museum programming and special events, supervises retail clerical functions, maintain records of gift shop inventory, prepares promotional material and displays, manages social media accounts and website, recruit and train staff.

Responsible for greeting and welcoming visitors to the museum and its gift shop and supporting museum programming. I handled all visitor transactions for ticketing, admission, membership and gift shop sales, booked and conducted guided educational tours and special events, and other clerical front-desk duties.
