It's never a good thing to discover you're letting your people down in a critical area, or that you're behind industry standards in something you firmly believe in. I am energised by opportunities to identify areas in which organisations can level up, and working collaboratively with leaders, managers and employees to develop and implement solutions that work.Most recently and notably, I've worked with LexisNexis UK to develop, implement and iterate our approach to hybrid working; level-up and further embed our Diversity, Equity and Inclusion programmes, and shift our approach to employee experience from individual, standalone programmes, to one that's holistic and strategic. This is somewhat couched in business-speak - I'm always happy to have a chat about specifics I'm free to share, and to think out loud together :).
