• Heading the HR & Administration functions of the Company having an all-India presence in over 120 locations, with a competent 4-member team • Manpower planning & budgeting.• Talent acquisition as per staffing projections aligned with business plans. • Designing and conducting Orientations program for new employees.• Employee database management • Leading, mentoring & monitoring the performance of the team to ensure efficiency in process operations and meeting of individual & group targets• Analyzing performance MIS• Compensation and benefit administration• Formulating HR policies and procedures and implementing the same• Working towards employee development & retention; aligning HR practices for the same.• Organize various events focused on employee engagement and motivation.• Ensuring employee welfare • Grievance handling and employee counseling• Ensuring a smooth exit process at the time of employee separation.• Monitoring attrition levels• Adhering to various statutory compliances.• Ensuring optimum and effective utilization of funds in providing a congenial work environment • Managing Mediclaim/GPA/public liability/Vehicle policy claims etc.• General administration including facility management, housekeeping and other administrative duties.

• Personnel policy formulation and amendments.• Taking care of the recruitment and performance management of the employees.• On-boarding activities for Overseas based staff • Visa processing• Managing payroll activities, welfare measures & statutory compliances pertaining to PF, ESI and other Labour acts.• Entering into contractual agreements with all overseas based and Indian staff.• Negotiating and entering into outsourced contracts for landscaping, housekeeping, cafeteria etc.• Event Management• Coordinating for advertisements and press releases• Monitoring and reviewing business policy manuals/school manuals• Taking complete charge of general administration activities including property lease and service contract negotiation, coordinating staff business travel abroad

• Independently managing the HR & Administration functions of the Southern Region comprising 22 branches.• Taking care of recruitment for the Lower & Middle management grades.• Liaising for training programs. • Handling the entire gamut of employee related functions from pre-employment to employee separation & exit. • Creating a motivational climate within the Region• Ensuring labour law compliance across the Region• Infrastructure management, formulating budgets, monitoring costs• Liaising with Government Departments
