Forecast daily and interval level call and handle times for multiple call types within multi-site call center. Ensure proper staffing levels to handle volume within contacted service goals. While a student at Northeastern University I worked as a research assistant for a professor working on two books. One was about party polarization and the other was about the 2012 presidential election.

This was a temporary position. Tasked with placing education majors in their student teaching placements. Managed student information database. Conducted interviews with students in order to gauge needs for student placement. Managed contact with licensed teachers. Recruited classroom teachers with whom to place students. Diffused conflict situations between students, teachers, and supervisors.

In this position I worked with students in the English as a New Language program. I tutored the students in their core education classes, worked one and one with them, occasionally taught their "ENL" class, and translated course materials into Spanish.
