Proud Moments is an Applied Behavior Analysis clinic that works with children and young adults who are on the autism spectrum. A RBT works with the client on shaping their maladaptive behaviors, while promoting developmental, social, and adaptive skills. I work in home and in clinic with these children and young adults (ranging between ages three to twenty-three).

I began working full time with AIM clinics in May 2020 as a behavior technician and became registered September 2020. I was promoted from RBT to Senior RBT in December, where I was responsible for being a mentor to new technicians as well as helping to build work culture to decrease burnout within our organization.

Electric Ghost is a small business that provides screen printed shirts in bulk to the community and/or individual clients. I worked to sell printed merchandise as well as selling plants and rarities. My responsibilities included watering the plants, staging the floor, keeping the store at the highest level of cleanliness, and creating a warm atmosphere to make relationships and sell with the guests.

Camp War Eagle is a Sports and Adventure Camp for Northwest Arkansas that has an emphasis on relational evangelism. Although I was an in-cabin counselor, I had the opportunity to be certified in the skills verification test called Outdoor Skills. This orientation taught archery, riflery, fishing, mountain biking, 3D archery, and skeet shooting. We learned how to teach these skills to campers for morning instructionals in the safest way possible. Being a counselor at this camp was a great opportunity to provide a sense of community within campers, counselors, and staff.
