I ensure that their hardware, software, and network systems are running smoothly and securely, and that any issues are resolved promptly and effectively.I have a strong background in IT, with certificates in Computer and Information Sciences and Support Services from D G Erwin Technical Center, and certifications in CompTIA a+ ce, Security+ ce, and TestOut PC Pro. I have also worked as a Lead System Administrator at Leidos and a System Operator at ManTech, where I gained valuable experience in managing servers, networks, and databases, as well as leading and training IT teams.I am a quick learner, smart worker, and independent thinker who is passionate about IT and always eager to expand my skills and knowledge. I am currently working towards attaining my CCNA certification, which will enable me to advance my career and take on more challenging and rewarding projects.
