My responsibilities are to guide clients through the vast world of custom promotional products. I work directly with manufacturers to source quality, USA-made products. I can offer specifications on multiple different product options, price those various items, provide digital mock-ups with the client's logo or image, gauge our profit margins, and source a budget-friendly solution that clients will be pleased with. After those items are placed with production I must also check-in with the team to be sure any deadlines are met and no delays occur. Once I receive those items from our manufacturer I am able to quality control check the individual pieces. I will then either send those to be delivered to the client or shipped once the items all look correct. The customer service administration part of my role includes things like attending to issues that may arise and coming up with solutions that resolve the party's complaint. I also assist with the internal department's workload whenever necessary. I am able to Invoice and Tender out credit card transactions, cash, and checks.

My primary role is to ensure customer service excellence. I receive jobs from clients through the online portal, phone call, walk-in, or via email. I quote clients on paper pricing, design time, as well as finishing work. I generate a work order for the request, then delegate which jobs go to their correct departments. I then manage the tracking of those jobs through the different zones in the operating system we use. I have experience using automated finishing machines, such as Wire-O, GBC, spiral, saddle stitch, scoring, laminating, screw posting, and stapling over 400 pages. I am experienced with Canon, Xerox, and HP printers. I am able to equip different sizes and types of paper to each machine. I am able to place work orders to replace or repair various equipment in the shop. I can shrink wrap, and package for every mailing service including Fed-Ex, UPS, DHL, and USPS. I am able to wire bind, spiral bind, I interact with customers via the phone, through emails, and face to face. After insuring a quality product comes out, I am then responsible for dispatching couriers based on importance, distance, and time due. My goal is to ensure every customer has a personable, quality experience with us. I make deliveries to connect with reoccurring customers, and to meet new customers. I am responsible for the housekeeping, and organization of both printing departments. Sanitizing surfaces, sweeping, vacuuming, dusting, mopping, and emptying waste bins

I develop concepts for content, write scripts for promotional videos, design web advertisements, as well as design marketing, and advertisements for all forms of social media. I have experience posting professionally with social media accounts for my employer, and myself. I shoot, edit, direct, and occasionally star in videos. I thoroughly enjoy the entire process of creating content from the ground up. I am incredibly passionate about photography/ videography. I have experience with programs like, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe InDesign, Adobe Premiere Pro, Adobe After Effects, Fiery, and Adobe Audition.

I make sure animals are fed, clean, and healthy. I play with the pets so they get affection and exercise. I have experience giving medicines like antibiotics, as well as flea treatments. If bathing is requested I can accommodate. I have also brought in mail, signed for packages, and gotten the newspaper. I will water plants, and care for pet rocks as well.

I have babysat for several families all over North Carolina. I have well over 14 years of experience in childcare. I am currently seeking to renew my certification in CPR/First Aid. However, the knowledge is still fresh. I am happy to engage with children, feed them, and clean up after them. My goal for entertainment is to challenge their minds with puzzles, mysteries, and problem solving games. If requested, I am able to put them down for naps/ bedtime. As well as any medications that might be needed. I always try to focus on things that are new and educational.

I have experience cleaning thousands of residential homes, industrial buildings, and business offices. The spaces can range anywhere from 500 square feet to 5,000 square feet. I vacuum, mop, dust, scrub and sanitize the designated rooms to be cleaned. I wash windows, and blinds upon request. I wipe down the baseboards, and trim. I clean, and sanitize the sinks, toilets, showers, and tubs. I also wipe out cabinets, refrigerators, and even freezers. Pristine is what I strive for.

I am responsible for quality control of every customer order the shop obtains. I follow each job through the different processes insuring a quality product comes out. I am responsible for taking, and managing the store's entire inventory. I have great knowledge of a program called FLEX. The program is how we quote clients on paper pricing, design time, as well as finishing work. I create, and manage all of the Excel spreadsheets for the office. I then input all of the information into FLEX to ensure that our pricing is accurate. I have experience using a Duplo cutter, and a Xerox printer. I know how to laminate, shrink wrap, and package for every mailing service. I respond to customers via the phone, and through emails. It is my job to make sure every customer has a quality experience that is worth coming back for. I make deliveries as the jobs finish, and if they are local. I also keep up with the store maintenance. I am responsible for all the recycled paper, trash, and overall cleanliness of the storefront. I handle cash, credit, and checks on very large orders. I also know how to apply payment across customer accounts.

At the Post Office I was responsible for the safety, and security of the mail. I had accountable items that I had to sign out daily. Certified letters, registered mail, express mail, and insured mail are just some of the many accountable items. I was expected to inspect my issued vehicle every morning before I started my route. I then had to sort, and organize the mail pieces for my day. After I managed the mail process, I then move to packages. After I organized my parcels, mail, and SPURS (small packages) into sequential order I proceed to load my truck. Loading a postal vehicle in the middle of peak season is similar to playing an extremely hard game of Tetris. Weights vary, as well as sizes. Not only was I responsible for my own route, but I was then sent to help the others that were still on the street. I walked upwards of thirteen miles daily on walking routes. I was also required to lift 75lbs, but it was typically more. I learned how to problem solve in new areas. I also learned how to work with a wide variety of people from extremely different backgrounds. The USPS taught me how to manage, and control irate customers. I also learned all the different shipping types, and forms.

As a Robotics Instructor, I used to teach kids in high school, middle school, and elementary school. I taught them how to build, code, and program to run different forms of robots. The kids build the robot entirely on their own, with my supervision, and instruction. I then take them to my computer, and teach them how to code to program the robot to move. Once they learn the basics, I take them to a mat that has obstacles, and missions for the robot to run. There are several robotics competitions that I train them for. There is a competition for each county in North Carolina. At each competition, the teams with the highest points will qualify to go to the state-wide competition. There, the best teams from all the counties compete to earn the "Best Team of the State" title. Aside from running the robot, and scoring the most points, each team much present in front of the judges a research project that coincides with the theme that year. They have to do a surprise teamwork project. They get judged on their robot design, teamwork, and problem-solving skills, as well as their presentations. I became one of the best teachers at the company. With the kids I taught, I always saw outstanding results. I then started traveling all over NC to different schools, to demo, to problem-solve, to teach, and to market to potential schools.

My job at The Fork is to sell customers sporting clay packages. For every course The Fork offers, there are a certain number of clays you get with each. I use the POS system to keep track of gun rentals, ammunition sales, food, and beverage sales, and attire. I handle cash and credit transactions with the computer while managing the phone for inquiring customers. I also make sure to keep everything in the Ordinary tidy, and organized.

I ran ProPresenter for Pastor Cameron Peedin's slides for his sermon. I was responsible for training students on how to operate the software, how to run and frame the camera to record the sermons, and how to set up and take down all the equipment. I also ran the YouTube, Instagram, and Snapchat pages which includes editing pictures and videos and publishing them on a regular basis.

I was responsible for handling money from the safe and counting cash register drawers. I greeted customers, entered orders into the computer, tendered cash and credit transactions, bagged food, prepared customers’ drinks and desserts, handled drive-through transactions, restocked items, and thoroughly cleaned and disinfected restaurant equipment and food service areas. I interacted with customers in costume as the cow mascot, taught children how to complete crafts on family nights, and helped guests to have an overall pleasant experience.
