I have been the lead program administrator for a highly successful annual technical conference (Flash Memory Summit) involving thousands of participants and over 100 exhibitors. I have been instrumental in developing the project schedule, marketing and public relations campaigns, program organization, surveys, and data management. I have solid knowledge of the latest tools including Salesforce, Google Docs, Survey Monkey, and Google-related optimizers. I have also been heavily involved in managing partnerships, creating email campaigns, developing meeting agendas, writing press releases, and administering committees and other team groups and activities.
