As a software engineer at CancerLinQ, I leverage my informatics and engineering skills to bring new features from ideation to fruition, working alongside a cross-functional, agile team in every part of the process. I have five years of experience in developing and maintaining novel data solutions for oncology research and clinical practice, using a variety of technologies such as SQL, JavaScript, Python, Airflow, Jira, Git, and AWS S3.I am passionate about making robust personalized medicine a reality in my lifetime, and I believe that a combination of high throughput biology, clinical tools development, and hard work will make that possible. I have a MS in Biomedical Informatics and a BA in Biological Science with a specialization in Genetics, which give me a strong foundation in both the scientific and technical aspects of my field. I am always eager to learn new skills, collaborate with talented colleagues, and contribute to the mission of CancerLinQ.
