-Reviewed accommodation requests and mediated solutions to accommodation issues with faculty and students while holding a 650:1 caseload.-Spearheaded process to bring a new case management software to the department, which was available to entire student population of over 9,000 (Accommodate by Symplicity). -Grew programs by creating two new positions and managing two professional staff in those positions, as well as four student employees. -Collaborated with high caliber team to create COVID response for at-risk populations, then responded to requests on behalf of institution. -Designed and implemented multiple academic and disability-related workshops and trainings for multiple populations across campus. -Researched, wrote and published multiple institutional policies, including but not limited to: curriculum substitutions for students with disabilities, Note Taker Accommodation policy, Service and Emotional Support Animal policy, the Access Barrier Report, Testing Center policies, Attendance Leniency, Fundamental Alteration procedures, Audio Recording policies, etc. -Taught Academic Skills (ASK 100), a graded college elective, to first- and second-year students.-Provided individualized coaching services to students in areas concerning academic skills, major exploration, academic transition and management of disability accommodations.-Chaired Accessibility Committee, a campus-wide committee devoted to improving accessibility on campus.

-Taught a first-year seminar course each year in addition to working as a full-time staff member in academic services.

-Held individual advising sessions for students in all undergraduate majors/programs. -Audited transcripts to ensure degree completion for 150+ programs.-Coordinated registration of all new transfer students. -Created and implemented training for faculty in their roles as faculty advisors.
