Worked on the National Adaptation Strategy (NAS) Team, Climate Change and Innovation Bureau at Health Canada.• Contributed to a scan of the climate change and health plans of the provinces and territories in Canada. The National Adaptation Strategy (NAS) was released in June 2023, and this scan will inform engagement with provincial and territorial governments as the Government of Canada progresses with NAS implementation.• Conducted an environmental scan on policy position statements on climate change and health from national stakeholders, which will inform future National Adaptation Strategy engagement outreach.• Produced a summary of a chapter from the Health of Canadians in a Changing Climate (2022) report, for the chapter on Adaptation and Health System Resilience. The summary will help disseminate report findings.• Supported preparation of materials for Health Canada participation in the Conference of the Parties 28 (COP28), including preparing bilateral meeting briefing notes for senior representatives, drafting event speaking notes, and conducting a media scan of COP28.• Supported ongoing products including updating slide decks with information relevant to the NAS for various presentations, drafting opening remarks for the Climate Change and Innovation Bureau's Director, and conducting background research to inform the proposal of speakers at an upcoming conference involving political leadership across the country.

Communicated with faculty and students to facilitate meetings and seminars, and managed the collection and organization of progress reports- Prepared and edited background documents and research to facilitate the production of a concept note for a “Women in Global Health Leadership Fellowship” program, co-facilitated with Moi University School of Public Health (Eldoret, Kenya)- Produced the Healthy Cities in the SDG Era podcast. Assisted in the conceptualization of the podcast, liaised with the audio editor and student writers, engaged in research for and writing of scripts, and implemented the project plan to adhere to episode release timelines- Supported Research Ethics Board submissions for ongoing research, and created evaluation and primary research surveys- Prepared internal and external communications, including taking meeting minutes, updating the CVPD website, and managing the CVPD’s monthly digest- Facilitated events for both Centres, including over 30 academic seminars and webinars, and a roundtable session on Maintaining Immunizations for School-Aged Children during COVID-19, co-hosted with the Michael G.
