Working with the different departments within the organization, help to create, negotiate, edit, and finalize various agreements with MTI's partners. Created and maintain a place for staff to be able to view the NDAs, Rep Agreements and LTAs that are in place, which divisions of the company the agreement covers, and the term for each agreement, allowing for better monitoring of these agreements.Created and maintain a mechanism to more easily see the commitments MTI has agreed to in each of our various agreements.
