I am a self-motivated, and experienced Administration Officer with well-developed skills in leadership, customer service and communication, underpinned by excellent administrative and organisational skills. My background includes experience performing comprehensive administrative, leadership and HR tasks in a range of industries.I have exceptional listening, verbal, and written communication skills and converse with internal and external customers, colleagues and management in an effective and professional manner at all times. I am a friendly and approachable person who is able to build and maintain relationships with all levels of stakeholders and have an empathetic nature, understanding the importance of trust in maintaining confidentiality. I am a highly motivated and organised individual who is able to effectively manage my time to balance and prioritise tasks, delivering within high-pressure deadlines consistently. I work well independently or as part of a team and am adaptable to various work situations. After taking a short break away from the workplace I have taken this opportunity to set my sights on a new horizon. Upon reflection of previous roles, I found that the aspects I enjoyed most were those related to Human Resource tasks, in particular recruitment, which has prompted me to complete a Certificate IV in Human Resource Management from April 2023. I look forward to expanding my knowledge and developing new skills that I can carry with me into a successful career in Human Resources. I am seeking a part-time role with an organisation that will allow me to further enhance my skills whilst working in the industry with opportunities for growth on a professional front provided.
