- I have coached hundreds of clients including corporate managers, doctors, artists, attorneys, chiropractors, stay-at-home parents, retirees and college students. - I have led workshops for businesses and organizations including: the city of Decatur, U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service - Southeast division, iResearch Atlanta, Lotus of Life Chiropractic, Catholic Social Services of Atlanta, and for my own coaching practice.- I work with clients to help them get clear on what they want, developing action plans to reach their goals and holding them accountable for taking the steps, and celebrating with them when they do.- I coach clients regarding career decisions, challenges, strategies and goals to help them create careers they love. - I coach clients regarding money challenges and strategies to help them lessen their financial stress.- I use my tools and training to empower clients to uncover their own answers so that they develop the confidence to follow their inner guidance.

In this role, I coached bank customers and employees on a wide variety of topics related to their money, lives, and success. I helped them gain clarity, identify obstacles, create success strategies and develop action plans to achieve their goals. My accomplishments included:- Leading coaching and visioning workshops for Capital One leadership and employee teams and for community service partner organizations. These workshops provided tools for stress management and self-care, tools for creating paths to greater financial well-being, and tools for leadership during times of change.- Facilitating coaching workshops for EmpowHer: The Feminine Face of Leadership workshop series.- Serving as a Faculty Mentor Coach for Money & Life Academy, a program to train Capital One employees in coaching skills and International Coach Federation core competencies. - Creating, coordinating and leading coach training programs for Money & Life Academy.- Writing and creating self-growth exercises for use on CapitalOne.com.- Helping the organization transform by coaching leaders, and teams, both one on one and via workshops, and by training employees in coaching and leadership skills to enhance growth and performance.
