Christmas Casual position at Factorie (Cotton On Group). Whilst in this position I helped set up the store for launch, provided warm and friendly customer service, furthered my experience with POS systems and gained visual merchandising knowledge.

Providing high level of customer service in a fast-paced environment, proficiency with the POS system and processing customer sales though eftpos and cash, assisting customers with store navigation and efficiently completing any tasks given to me.

Interacting with costumers, visual merchandising, learning the POS system, assisting customers with styling, working on the store floor and rotating stock as well as embodying the core values of Vinnies; commitment, compassion, respect, integrity, empathy, advocacy and courage.

Support worker assisting a client with cerebral palsy undertaking employment at Grand Cinema.Support Worker duties included: assessing needs of the client, emotional and physical support, requiring strong listening and communication skills. Additionally, I worked along side the cinema staff which included duties such as cleaning, food preparation and interacting with customers.
