I have over 7 years of experience in clinical strategy, consulting, and innovation with a focus on digital health products. I have full accountability for product development from strategy through introduction to market and scale. The products in my portfolio have included virtual care management for CHF and diabetes, pharmacy formulary innovation and the creation of an AI digital front door to align Humana members with the right care.In my most recent role as Lead Product Manager, Clinical Solutions with Humana, I was able to lead the launch of multiple products by driving workstreams such as engineering, data ingestion, marketing, legal and privacy. Additionally, I have experience developing key performance indicators, ROI analysis, and test and learn methodology.Prior to this role, I was a Strategic Consultant at Humana Pharmacy, where I supported the commercial product strategy and execution, and a Director of IT Strategy and Communications at Norton Healthcare, where I led the IT transformation and communication initiatives.
