• Oversee 125 staff members and 14 direct reports in six significant areas: Collections Management Systems, Desktop Workspace, Digital Imaging, Enterprise Applications, Infrastructure/Operations, and Software Development & UX; manage a $25M+ business unit budget and $11M portfolio project budget.• Collaborated with the GDI leadership team and Sr. Budget Analyst to develop the FY24 budget and defended the department’s submissions to the CFO/COO.• Collaborated with Procurement and Legal teams to negotiate contracts, including securing a $500K savings for the $700K Oracle DB Audit and the vendor partnership completion of the $400K Bookstore’s Retail Management System for point-of-sale and back-office inventory.• Created departmental processes and policies, including the project management and software selection methodologies and analog records management process, and defined the asset management request process, asset ordering process, IT change management process, and the configuration management DB maintenance process for all software implementation projects.• Identified the lack of governance structures and helped facilitate their creation for the Johnson Public Company (JPC) Archive and Getty.edu projects; escalated and requested critical resource needs for top-priority projects.• Participated in Getty’s Privacy Audit and Cyber Incident Desktop exercise, coordinating the development of an application privacy data dictionary, working with outside and in-house counsel to design the cyber incident scenario, and contributing to subsequent process improvements.• Collaborated to develop objectives, recruit for, and develop the second Getty Digital Diversity, Equity, Accessibility, and Inclusion (DEAI) Task Force, and ensured available funding for planned work addressing DEAI accessibility gaps in public-facing initiatives.

• Oversee a team of an 18-member staff with eight direct reports and manages a department budget of $5M plus the $1M project portfolio budget, including mentoring hourly and exempt staff and supervisors, defining annual goals, and creating and executing plans to satisfy the Getty’s software operational needs.• Defined and rolled out a department-wide project management process. Oversees the department’s project portfolio, ensuring resources, budget, and scope gaps are addressed and approved, delivering promised outcomes while keeping each project within budget and on time.• Leverages in-depth management best practices of technology architecture and digital applications, including implementing the Getty OneConnect software single sign-on portal, implementing the IT Service Management solution, and writing the system documentation and processes, ensuring ITIL compliance for Getty Digital teams. • Represented non-profits and academia on Cherwell’s customer advisory board from 2016 to 2021.• Member of the Inclusive Technology Terms working group to address Getty Digital’s DEAI Task Force concerns around triggering language in workplace applications• Supports staff on the DEAI Counsel; promotes and implements HR’s diversity hiring processes.• Develops staff and promotes from within, considering institutional knowledge, career development, and satisfaction, including the retail system’s Project Manager and the Enterprise Applications Software Architect now managing ERP developers.• Reorganized the department to create a Public Applications group with a newly promoted Project Manager who oversees all public software applications, including Getty Ticketing, Getty Retail Systems, and Getty Development and Contact Management.• Sponsors vital initiatives and applications, including GettyGuide, Retail Management, Public Applications Integrations, ITSM, Digital Imaging, OneConnect, Grants Management, and Facilities applications.

• Managed Getty Digital’s IT Service Management solution project to bring the help desk on-premise, developing processes and software configurations from scratch, implementing IT Change Management for Getty Digital, and developing the asset management solution.• Implemented the Workfront portfolio and project management software for Museum Exhibitions and Getty Digital.• Managed the Outlook email implementation project and facilitated the migration of over 1200 email accounts’ active and archived content, replacing Getty’s email system. • Collaborating with Institutional Records & Archives, authored Getty Digital’s analog records management policies ensuring compliance with analog information management policies.• Authored Getty Digital’s Waterfall project-management methodology and software selection processes, currently used to manage relevant software application implementations.
