I analysed nightly performance statistics, reporting my findings to the individuals and senior management. I worked as a subject matter expert in the training field, developing training plans and programmes, tailored specifically to the individuals' needs and requirements. I remotely managed the performance of staff across two sites and prepared performance reviews for every individual on a monthly basis.
