• Used CAR-based T-cell immunotherapy and retroviral transduction to optimize methods to enhance T-cell trafficking to pediatric solid tumors via in vitro migration assays and through murine models (2012).• Studied the effects of Interleukin-7 receptor on Interleukin-7 signaling by potentiating il-7 bioactivity and promoting autoimmunity via flow cytometry and ELISA (2011).• Studied the effect of Interleukin-7 on in vitro dendritic cell cultures via flow cytometry and genotyped il-7R and RAG mice to search for double knockouts (2010).
