I love people. With 20+ years experience building relationships in a variety of professional spaces andplatforms, I started with Crestcom - Northeast Ohio, because theopportunities to help grow teams and develop people are countless. I cut my teeth inhigher education: managing teams, developing students, communicating complexconcepts in user-friendly ways, and building communities. I hosted an internationaleducational program, performing and building rapport with live audiences on virtualplatforms in fast-paced environments. Most recently, I created an author brand andbegan publishing a book series, producing plays and growing a YouTube channel tocoach and mentor others. When the opportunity arose to professionally partner with my husband, Kevin -someone who is passionate about developing people as leaders and helping themcreate sustained behavior change - I knew we could provide something special to theleadership development space.I’ve witnessed what happens when managers and executives are left to flounder withoutthe skills they need to be effective leaders. Leadership development is the foundation ofstrong teams and thriving organizations, and when it’s done well, professional andpersonal lives change.Leaders were never meant to go it alone, and I’m proud of Crestcom not just because ofour 35-year, award-winning track record of excellence, but because we’re different fromother programs. We deliver content in bite-sized pieces for optimal retention. We helpparticipants craft personal action plans to implement new techniques immediately. Bestof all, we walk alongside leaders in coaching sessions to troubleshoot challenges andmeasure results. At the heart of everything I do is the belief that life is better together, and the work I’mprivileged to do with Crestcom helps leaders thrive in their organizations, in theircommunities, and in their families. What you do as a leader matters, and my role is tohelp you do it more effectively.Elizabeth has been growing Crestcom - Northeast Ohio with her husband, Kevin, since2022.
