Liz Nutter is an experienced leader, a doctorly prepared Certified Nurse-Midwife, and a Fellow in the American College of Nurse-Midwives. She served over 20 years in United States Army, retiring as a Lieutenant Colonel. Liz was the Women's Health Nursing Consultant to the Army Surgeon General from 2016-2020. In this role, she advised The Surgeon General and other senior military leaders on women's health topics that impacted the Army Medical Command and the Defense Health Agency. In her last military assignment at Madigan Army Medical Center, Liz served as the Chief Midwife and the Obstetrics and Gynecology Ambulatory Services Chief. In this role, she led a team through restructuring healthcare delivery during the COVID-19 Pandemic. She is a subject matter expert on waterbirth and presents nationally and has authored multiple peer-reviewed articles on waterbirth. She is a Certified Master Neurocoach and CEO of With Women, an online coaching business designed to support career women in their quest for work-life balance. She is the creator of the Triple-C Formula. This formula is a unique, evidence-based formula that uncovers the brain's subconscious master program that drives 90% of life decisions.
