Lead, develop, and manage the implementation of internal and external communications efforts on messaging, branding, web design, marketing materials, and event planning. Proactively identify and implement marketing strategies by first analyzing customer needs. Provide appropriate recommendations for message and information development. Tailor messaging by the target audience, select communication methods, and plan message timing. Research, write, edit, and publish communications products, including print, web, electronic, multimedia, and briefings and manage and monitor production schedules. Provide direction to, and collaborate with, graphic designers, webmasters, briefing developers, and other required staff. Replace and/or improve upon current processes.
