Maintain a calendar of outreach activities, including community events, workshops, appearances, and other communication opportunities. Assist in the organization of special events, including donor/volunteer appreciation events and other fundraising initiatives. Conduct community outreach with community and faith-based organizations to develop opportunities to explain available state and federal government food assistance programs to eligible populations. Develop a strong understanding of the program application and enrollment procedures. Assist the food assistance program’s staff in enrollment process of clinics at various health organizations within service areas

Duties include preparing patients for surgery, ensuring surgical tools are properly disinfected and stored, transporting post- surgical patients to recovery room, transportation of specimens and provide support for patient during recovery process.

Duties performed included provision of in-home care to patients by monitoring vitals, feeding and bathing, meal preparation, assisted with household tasks such as laundry and light housekeeping. Provided protective supervision and transportation to patient doctor appointments, ensured accurate usage of medication, and requested medication refills as prescribed.
