Technical lead for site transfer and scale-up of existing and new product launches of color cosmetics, skincare, and OTC formulas into Kolmar manufacturing vessels. Products range from Sunscreens, Cleansers, Concealers, Acne Lotion, Eczema Lotion, Self Tanners, Chemical Exfoliants, Moisturizers, Serums, Baby Lotion and Oil, Lipgloss, and many more. Write manufacturing procedures and manage change controls as necessary to continuously improve batching techniques and maintaining quality products through controlled critical process parameters. Plan and execute filling procedures for pilot line trials of products with several different filling technologies and packaging such as tubes, bottles, jars, and pressed powders. Evaluate components to determine if tooling and change parts are needed to attain quality finished goods. Assist with product manufacturing and filling validations by writing up validation plans to be executed by Kolmar.Attend weekly meetings with Kolmar's largest customer to communicate updates on projects as the main technical lead and Process Engineer for this customer.

- Oversaw departmental marketing by managing all forms of social media such as Instagram, Twitter, and Facebook as well as creating infographics and designs to be posted on all social media accounts and sent across campus. Managed Office of Residence Life Website design and updating information as necessary. - Created training courses to prepare student paraprofessionals (Gryphons)- Planned and executed several large scale events for Lehigh University Gryphons as well as the general student body.

June 2017 - August 2017:- Research and Innovation Intern: Researched various ingredients and processes for potential products to be shown at MUNY 2017. Batched and assisted in formulating skincare and color cosmetics such as foundation, mascara, brow gel, lipstick, sunscreen, primer, facial creams, highlighting gel, cream blush, and more.June 2018 - August 2018:- Emulsions Lab Intern / Process Engineer Intern: Assisted in piloting batches on production scale and troubleshooting line trials of shampoos, cleansers, hot pour concealers and lipsticks, as well as foundations, powders, and more. Extensive intern research project on sunscreen active ingredients and formulation to be used for future projects, which was presented to company executives.
